Should I?

Trying to decide if I should apply for Supervisor. Oh, boy. I keep going back and forth about it. What a decision to have to make. If I go for it, I have to go to Instructor School, which scares the heck out of me. I hate public speaking. I get so nervous if I even have to introduce myself in a group. My hands get sweaty and shaky, I stutter and stammer, lose my train of thought, go blank, talk in circles, my heart starts pounding like mad....it's pretty bad. It's the one thing that really makes me not want to apply. Arrrrrgggghhhhh!
